Yes, we prioritize quality and durability in our furniture selection. Our pieces are crafted from high-quality materials to ensure long-lasting performance and style. All furniture is covered by a 2 year consumer warranty.

To offer the best quality furniture at that best possible price we keep overheads to a minimum. We don’t have showrooms or sales staff for that reason. This is why we offer a 14 day right of return (conditions apply) A lot of the furniture we sell are available from retailers around NZ.

All our furniture is dispatched from warehouses around New Zealand. We don’t have the ability to allow pickups and everything is shipped.

While some of our furniture may require assembly, we provide clear instructions and all necessary hardware for easy assembly at home.

We offer nationwide shipping to metropolitan areas within New Zealand. Shipping delivery times may vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s) ordered. Generally delivery take 10 working days. For a list of areas we ship to click here. (shipping link)

At the moment, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange.

While we offer a curated selection of furniture pieces, we do not currently offer customisation options. However, we are always expanding our product offerings to provide a diverse range of styles and designs to suit your needs.
