If the item you have ordered is not what you expect it to be you can return it.

The following conditions apply 

• Notification needs to be made to furnituredirect2unz@gmail.com within 14 days. We do not accept returns without prior approval. 
• The item/s must be in new condition, not been used. We reserve the right to reject the return of an item if it has been returned in a used or damaged condition.
• For avoidance of doubt the 14 days starts from when the customer receive the item.
• All original packaging must be returned 
• The cost of returning the item/s and the initial freight cost shall be deduced from the refund.
• Should you receive a freight free promotion and return the item/s the cost of the initial freight (to us) will be deducted from the refund amount
